Galloway Farm

We decided that our new mini pig “Piggy” was lonely. So we got her a new best friend. “Baby” is also a mini pig. She’s black which is the most common color for mini’s. Piggy & Baby haven’t been more than a few inches apart since they met. They are quite a pair.

Claude (right) and Abel are first cousins and are never far apart. It’s fun to watch them make big memories together around the farm.

A movie under the stars is always a treat.

One of our favorite farm desserts is dutch oven apple cobbler. The ingredients are few and simple but the taste is spectacular.

Riding shotgun with me in the truck is a huge treat for our Corgi, Persimmon.

Our new mini pot belly piglet “Piggy” is growing fast. She’s in a secured stall for a while to keep her safe, so we decided to take her out for some extra attention. But catching Piggy isn’t as easy as it sounds…

Just got this fantastic video of our 4th of July party from my good friend Ray Sadler.

We waited as long as we could to see if our carrots were growing just beneath the surface. We were all very excited to see our orange treats! We also had a purple variety that was fun to see (and eat!).
